Flourless Chocolate Cake

I am adding a new cake to my menu.  The often requested flourless chocolate cake.  The great thing about this cake is it is so versatile.  Serve it at a dinner party when one of your guests has a gluten allergy, serve it to chocolate lovers, or eat it by yourself during the week for breakfast because it keeps really well in the fridge.  The last one is my personal favorite.

It is great served with fresh fruit, vanilla ice cream, or powdered sugar.

I like to cut it into little wedges and sneak a piece here and there during the day when I get a little alone time.  It stores well in the freezer and keeps nicely for a week or more if well sealed in the fridge.


People often wonder what to give their gluten free friend for their birthday.  Now you know!  Gift them this beautiful chocolate flourless cake and they may feel inclined to share it with you.

Rich, creamy, decadent.

I love the stark contrast of red raspberries and dark chocolate cake.  It feels quite celebratory.

6 inch cakes are $16 and serves 8-10 people
9 inch cakes are $24 and serve 12-16 people
